At Happymom, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Below is our cancellation policy for various purchase options:

Standard Purchases 

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not been processed for production.

• Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

• They can only be used for purchases on the Happymom website and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Customized Products

• Orders for customized products (e.g., items with personalized names or birth dates) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.
