  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping address.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 6-7 business days.
  • International shipments may take longer, and delivery times are subject to customs processing and the specific carrier used.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Happymom.store is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • In the case of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, Happymom.store will not be liable for the delay or misdelivery. If the order is returned to us, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend the order to the correct address.
  • If you realize there is an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately to correct it.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, our free delivery system is available for the US only. We are preparing for international shipping, which will include a shipping fee. If you reach out to us with your location, we can calculate the cost. Please note that due to operational reasons, we are unable to accept returns & refunds for international orders.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that Happymom.store is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
  • In case of shipping delays, we will do our best to keep you informed, but please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

8. Shipping Damages and Claims

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items, we may require you to return the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

9. Return Shipping for Non-Defective Items

  • For returns on non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
