Customized products and bulk orders are non-refundable. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.

3.      How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 8-9 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that during special periods such as the holiday season or New Year, shipping times may be slightly extended due to increased demand and courier delays, which are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

4.      Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, our free delivery system is available for the US only. We are preparing for international shipping, which will include a shipping fee. If you reach out to us with your location, we can calculate the cost. Please note that due to operational reasons, we are unable to accept returns & refunds for international orders.
