Refund and Return Policy
At Happymom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
- Eligibility for Returns:
Customized & Personalized Items: Due to the made-to-order nature of customized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Bulk Orders: All bulk purchases are final sales and non-returnable.
Non-Customized Items: You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided the item is: Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. In its original packaging with tags attached.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale, including clearance items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable. - How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@happymom.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation for your return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. - Store Credit Policy:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit for its value (excluding shipping costs) within 10 business days.
Store credit can be used for future purchases at Happymom. - Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. - Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit as appropriate. - Subscription Box Cancellations & Returns:
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. To avoid charges for the following month, please cancel by the 24th of the previous month.
Each subscription plan has a minimum commitment period:
3-Month Plan: Minimum commitment of 1 month
6-Month Plan: Minimum commitment of 3 months
12-Month Plan: Minimum commitment of 6 months
If you cancel before fulfilling your minimum term, a cancellation fee applies:
3-Month Plan: $150 (cost of remaining 2 months)
6-Month Plan: $225 (cost of remaining 3 months)
12-Month Plan: $450 (cost of remaining 6 months)
Once your minimum commitment is completed, you can cancel or change your plan without additional fees.
7. Subscription Box Returns:
If you cancel your subscription after receiving products, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
Customized items and final sale products cannot be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
